Coming from a background in telcom, I am seeing a shift to flexible modeling that allows a customer to choose who they want to use, when they want to use them and not have to commit to contracts and be subject to penalties. This is especially important in the start up community and provides a growth plan and a road to budget costs and make changes. Would love to see if any else is seeing this option.
